Question about Printers & Copiers
I have an ancient Minolat 1080 ep. I have replaced EVERYTHING. Now I get an error code C05. I don't have a manual for this POS. What clears it?
Did you do anything to the fusing unit (ie cleaning thermistors or replacing the fuser roller?) That code means you have a temperature problem. It will also come up if your power cord is loose. You can check it by taking off the back cover of the copier and pressing in the trouble reset button while the copier is on. It's a small black button. If the code goes away, you're good to go. If it comes back, you might have to replace some of your fuser components.

Tips for a great answer:
sir/mam Reset button is located behind the copier remove the rear upper cover you see a circuit board with machine on depress the small black button on the board. If the code comes back then the fusing unit the hot part is broke could be thermistor, heat fuse, heat lamp or the board that controls it. Have a tech look at it. DO not continue to reset or a fire can occur that would ruin a perfectly good day :) Code is for the FUSER!!!! (HOT PART)
