Hold the Volume Up and On Button until the Recovery Console appears. You can back up and reinstall.

If that doesn't work you will have to do a Full Factory Reset. Hold Volume Up button, On button and Home button for 12 seconds. This will scrub everything back to a clean operating system, so I hope you have a backup somewhere.

No Volume at all my Laptop - Lost

Have you tried reinstalling the audio drivers? Check in device manager and see if you see a question mark by the speaker icon. If you double click on it, it will allow you to reinstall your drivers. Good Luck.

you may need to install the drivers for the devices you lost after you wiped out your drive, try running the cd that came with your motherboard if the sound card is built in on the mobo.

you could also download the drivers online through the mobo's manufacturer site.
if your computer is not online yet download it to a computer that can go online and place the drivers on a thumb drive or a CD then run it on your computer.

Uninstall the sound drivers from device manager, then reboot. It will find the sound devices and reinstall the drivers, then you may need to adjust the sound settings.

What exactly is evrything?

Reinstalled sound drivers?
Checked your speaker cord to make sure it comes into the green hole on the back?
made sure your speaker wires are not broken?
Volum on the speakers?
Control pannel> Sound> Speaker Icon: Are the controls HIGHLIGHTED? If not sound driver is not loaded.
Check Volum MUTE. SOme programs MUTE your volume without a warning.
