Question about Cuisinart DLC-2011 PowerPrep Plus Food Processor

DLC-2011 PowerPrep Plus 11

The food processor will not turn on with everything in place. Yet if I punch the reset it will come on briefly.

I went through the same thing...as it turns out, everything was locked into place but I had the handle in the back rather than the front where the sensor is. Good luck. I hope that helps you.

Blown fuse on a Cuisinart DLC-2011


The manual indicates there is an auto-reseting thermal cutout that turns the motor off if overheated.

If there is an internal fuse that has blown, there LIKELY is other damage that needs to be addressed. A fuse will have markings on it for the value. An appliance repair part outlet should be able to supply parts for this unit.
