Question about Sharp AJ-5030 InkJet Printer
My Sharp AJ-5030 is displaying "CHECK BOTH CART.". I've installed two new cartridges, re-seating them several times, but I cannot get the message to go away. It won't allow me to print, copy, or receive faxes. Can you help? Thanks, Joe Mras
Are they original cartridge if not change them for original ones failing this clean the contacts on the cartridges and the carriage.
