when I put my memory card in the camera it says memory card not initialized.How do I fix that? Please in a way a computer dummy can understand,Please

Format the card, unless it is an "H" or "M" type Xd card. The H & M type cards require the camera to have a firmware upgrade, which can be done from the internet by the user, or by Fuji
