Question about BenQ FP71G 17" LCD Monitor
Sounds like you maybe having problems with puffy caps on the either the power board or the main board. If you can open up the monitor its easy to see, normal caps have a flat silver surface where puffy ones the surface isn't flat and it looks puffy like its pregnant.
All you would have to do is replace the capacitors with ones of the same value.
