Question about Sharp 27G-S60 TV
The problem has been intermittent for a while, but now is permanent. After turning on the TV only displays a horizontal bright line and you can see the picture "moving" behind the horizontal line. The sound is fine. I remember on old tube TV's there would be one or two tubes responsible for vertical control, pop the old one out, pop a new one in - done! Any home-based tinkering solution here?
Your problem is due to vertical section failure. as you say it was intermittent for a while, but now is permanent please check the followings as given
