I've tried loading up the PC studio but it doesn't work on my computer. Phoened Samsung who were no help nor O2 where I bought the phone from. Is there any other way than using the USB cable? Bluetooth didn't work either

samsung j600.when i load my disc for my files to go on my pc,it say phone is not supportted.what can do ?.

you have to reinstall the PC studio,or try with downloading oter version of PC studio than try if it doesnot work than try to use other connectivity media but as you told eralier as well that even buletooth is not working for you in that case I'll like to suggest you to try to use on other PC..because the problem can be in tour usb prots as well

try removing then reloading software for the studio (ensureing it's the right version for the phone) check your usb cable works on both phone and pc end. you should be able to go into file and then CONNECT and it should allow you to connect with your phone automatically then follow the menus. To move stuff to PC click TO PC option and visa vers for stuff on your computer. 'Drag and drop' should also work with this.

Is you computer bluetooth? if not try buying a bluetooth dongle and software from samsung direct and try loading that.
