This is aperture (front diameter) 60mm and focal length 700mm, a typical telescope of its size. It is probaly a 80AZ model. An instructional video is here

Sorry no owners manual for that scope. However Bushnell has all of their manuals on this web site-- find a scope similar to your scope-- they all assemble and are used in a similar fashion.

The manual would only have assembly instructions. It will NOT tell you how to USE the telescope. Contact a local Astronomy club and the members will help you with the scope.

You will need to register to download it. The manual will NOT help you learn how to use your telescope. It only has assembly instructions. Objects in the sky are tiny and dim, smaller than the tip of your finger held at arms length.

You will not find a manual for that small telescope. However Meade maintains a web site with all their manuals.

Look under REFLECTOR for one similar to your telescope. They all work and assemble in the same way.

You did not say what model or type of telescope you have-- most of the Vivitars are very simple telescopes --- they all work the same way -- there are two basic types of telescope:

Reflectors -- which use mirrors, and the eyepiece is inserted into the side of the tube

Refractors - these "look" like a telescope-- and use a lens in the front and an eyepiece in the back.

Meade maintains a web site for all of their telescopes. Look here and download one that is similar to your telescope under Refractors or Reflectors.
