setting >applications > application manager>> more(the three dots on upper right corner) >show system apps find "setup wizard">disable it> go to factory data reset (reset it)

The Graffiti and the Backlight applications are not compatable and must be deleted.DO a hard reset (Press power button and reset until the Plam Logo screen
shows, press up button - this brings you back to original factory
setting, and potentially undoes all the stuff you did when trying to
make the thing work), synchronize, hit home icon, press menu button,
select delete, find Backlight, hit delete, find Graffiti, hit delete,
and sychronize again.
If you are using Facebook application, you can log-out as following:
1. Open Facebook Application. It will be showing your wall.
2. Press back button once. It will show screen with options like home, events, friends etc.
3. Press Menu button. You will see option to log-out.
If you want to remove Facebook account from your phone,
1. Go to settings, Accounts & Sync.
2. Select Facebook account and press remove account.
3. It will remove Facebook sync etc from phone.

Apparently, you computer has some unexpected software running during the startup. In order to get ride of these software, you could check your register table manualy by regedit or download this software, which will help you to find if there are any suspect software running at the startup.
I had a 3650 and I get this error often. What I do is visit the celfone shops and have the operating system reinstalled. There's not much you can do on your part as every button you press leads to the system application error.
