press the mode button, which is the audio knob repeatedly to choose the desired mode and rotate the knob until desired sound is obtained. as you press the mode button, the option will go from these followings: volume, bass, treble, balance, fade
It's very simple even if you don't have the owners manual.
Step 1: Hold in the Menu button until "DEMO" shows on the display screen.
Step 2: Scroll with the volume knob until it says clock. Then press the volume knob to select it.
Step 3: Scroll with the volume knob until it says "CLOCK SET." Then press the volume knob again.
Step 4: Then adjust the hour first by scrolling with the volume knob. Once the correct hours shows press the volume knob and it will move on to the minutes.
Step 5: Once the hour and minute is chosen push the menu button again to finish the procedure.
push the volume knob button in and hold it down until the psm menu pops up. your display should read "DIMMER" press the track forward button repeatedly until you get to "EXT IN" and then use the volume knob to select it. then hold down that volume knob button again for 4 to 5 seconds and your done

use the forward and rewind serch buttons (the small arrow buttons next to the volume nob) to switch hour and minute.
use the volume knob to adjust the time. When done press the volume knob to return to normal operation.

if it s the right knob then it should fit
pull out the old 1 from the device
slowly.... soo if there is some kind of a spring or a spcial place that the spring was then you can see where it was and the install will be easyier
take the new 1
hook the spring at its place (you can use the old 1 if its still in place
and push to its place, adjust the slots inside the knob to the stem
make sure that it sits still and working good
