Problem for Neff V4380X0 Front Load All-in-One Washer / Dryer

NEFF washer not starting. error code 3/flashing anti-crease butto

I have a NEFF front load washer/dryer. The washing programme doesn't start. The anti-crease button is flashing and the number 3 with a flashing light appears in the LED display. Can anyone offer advice?

This may be a simple control fault that can be reset by unplugging for 5 minutes or switching the breaker switch off for five minutes also. if the five minute reset doesn't restore the machine to its original operational value, you will then need to replace the main control board in this unit. it has failed.
