How do I unsubscribe from unwanted dating services?

If you are using a web based e-mail, then try selecting the messages in the in-box (do not open them, just click the box on the left if there is one to highligh the message) and when all the messages have been selected then look for a "Spam" option. This could be a separate button on the in-box toolbar or an option under a menu, but there ought to be a way of telling the mail server that these are spam/junk messages. It won't stop everything but may help a bit.

Is Garcinia Cambogia as effective as the ads say

No. The ads are from people hoping to make money selling you something. They are going to exaggerate the benefits. I bet somewhere in the ads there is teeny-tiny print that says that stated results are not typical. I'm not saying that the product does not have ANY benefits. But always be wary of the latest miracle pill. And just because Dr. Oz or some other celebrity says the product is great doesn't make it so.

How to get rid of ads on my screen when I go to my in box in Yayoo mail

You can either temporarily hide the ads that keep popping up on your Yahoo Mail page or block them permanently. To know how, refer to the steps below.

To temporarily hide ads (for free email accounts):
1)Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account
2)When, while viewing your list of emails or a particular email, an ad pops up, you can see a right-facing arrow between your email and the advertisement. Click on this arrow.
3)The ad will get hidden temporarily.
(Important: This blocks the ads temporarily only and as soon as you perform the actions like refreshing the Yahoo Mail page, marking a particular email as spam, replying to an email, or just clicking on any of the sections in the navigation-menu located on the left of the page, a new ad may pop up again).

To permanently remove graphical and text ads:
Yahoo Mail has recently come up with "Yahoo Ad Free Mail" service to enable you to get rid of graphical and text ads on a permanent basis when viewing your Yahoo Mail account from a computer. You need to sign up for Yahoo Ad Free Mail account before starting using this service.
(Note: Before signing up for Yahoo Ad Free Mail account, please check if the service is available in your region. Also, even after subscribing to the service, the subscribers may still get the text ads that come up on Yahoo Mail on a mobile web browser and the text ads that come up in the "Basic Mail" interface of Yahoo Mail on a computer. To know what Basic Mail is, refer to the following Yahoo webpage: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/mail-for-desktop/basic-mail-sln5171.html)

Remove ads from words with friends

Have you read the conditions you agree with when you registered with Word For Friends.
I just looked at the some 20 pages of mumbo jumbo and personally I wouldn't have anything to do with them.
You have agreed to accept the Ads when you agreed with their conditions. Norton will not block what you have legally agreed with.

The recent Comscore report finally revealed that there's more to social advertising other than ad targeting and sponsored stories. There's a reason why the third biggest advertiser in the US, General Motors, withdrew its $10 million worth of ad budget from Facebook - Facebook ads are mere interruptions like ordinary ads. With this in mind, advertisers and marketers are treating social ads like traditional media where every click should yield a conversion rate or a measurable ROI. Social media pundits know that measuring Social ROI is still the holy grail of Social Advertising. But it seems a Like or Share is more valuable than ad clicks, this is what the Comscore report emphasized about quantifying paid and earned effects of social marketing campaigns.
Here are 3 crucial points in Comscore's report:
1.) Fans Turn Friends Into Fans
It's been a requisite for years that brands and businesses should establish their Facebook pages starting with accumulating tons of fans. Well, this isn't the case anymore, increasing fans doesn't mean you're increasing user engagement as well. The phase where a brand wants to have 100k fans on its page is already passe. Today, fans sharing a brand's content increases online awareness, this results to a fan turning a friend, relative, or random contact into a fan as well. This is how engagement coupled with user-generated content overwhelms the effectivity of paid social ads. Brands should also keep in mind that acquiring a million of fans isn't the be all and end all to achieve Social ROI, it's only the start of building a firm social media presence.

2.) User Engagement Produces User-Generated Content
A brand's Facebook page is a like a sponge. User-generated content is the lifeforce of any brand's page. Without UGC, a brand's Facebook page isn't functioning like a sponge, it should absorb as much UGC it can in order to be shared on their page. The fact that a brand's page is flowing with user-generated content is a sign that a brand is interacting well with customers. For brands, a fan page used to be a novelty, something that you should have because every brand is on Facebook. Today, a brand's Facebook page is a social monitoring center and a collaborative hub rolled into one. Social CRM is now all about customer-company collaboration aside from customer service.
3.) Click-Through Rates Don't Matter in Brand Amplification
The report said the focus on click-through rates of display ads and brand pages on Facebook downplays the impact that has on a user's friends and followers. The Comscore report says, "The idea behind amplification is that Fans who are reached with brand messages can also serve as a conduit for brand exposure to Friends within their respective social networks. Because the average Facebook Fan has hundreds of Friends, each person has the ability to potentially reach dozens of Friends with earned impressions

From my understanding you can purchase tolkens that you then use to get rid of the one ad at a time. The game is free because of these ads, so you have to pay to dump them.
