You must call the customer service phone number of the manufacturer of the unit.

Go on-line and type the name and model number of your dehumidifier into the box of your search engine. I am an instrument tech and most companies post their manuals and info on-line so they don't have to pay someone to answer customer phone calls. Just print out the manual and you're good to go.

Contact there customer service at: www.sylvane.com 1-800-934-9194. you will need model number etc.

The model number you listed does not match any current Danby model numbers or it may have been discontinued. However, you can call Danby Customer Service 800-263-2629 and they may be able to provide you with and Owner's Manual.

Hi! Your dehumidifier was made by Fedders for Maytag. However, Fedders as it used to be, not longer exist. It is now Airwell-Fedders. And they don't provide a download feature. However, you can call their Customer Service Dept 866-829-2440, and they may be able to email you a manual for your model. Be sure to have your correct model number handy, when you call.

mcdevito75 Here, I did a fast online search, no customer service number, however a general info number, 1-877-544-7299 this is for Haier, maybe they can connect you to custmer service.

I have another of their dehumidifiers, the MDF1-30AE. The first time the P1 came on, the unit stopped, because the filter needed cleaning. Recently P1 came on but the unit didn't turn off, and I had already cleaned the filter, so I phoned Midea customer service at 1-866-646-4332. The man told me P1 means it's in defrost mode and said to just leave it on and the P1 will eventually go away. It's been a while though....

I decided to phoned LG customer service directly. They informed me that my dehumidifier comes with a 5 year warranty. They gave me a ph# to call of a dealer located in my area that will fix my problem at no charge. They were very helpful.
