  1. Ensure that User ID and password are correct.
  2. Check if you have caps on, the password is case sensitive.
  3. Try using a different computer or a different browser (eg. downloadOpera Browser).

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I changed my password but still get security question and have to receive a code. How can I stop this ?

Usually, when you are using a different computer (and not the one that you usually use to access Yahoo Mail), or from a different location (e.g. you are in a different city, state or country than your home location), Yahoo knows that. And, it asks you for additional (security) information, to make sure it is YOU ... and not someone else who has stolen your account id and password.
So, the additional security questions that you'd provided is meant to protect you.
One way to avoid/skip this (being asked security question, etc.) is to use your (regular) computer all the time to access your Yahoo mail account ... e.g. an not different computers. Another way is to check off the box "Keep me signed in" when you log into your account.... and (depending on the period you'd selected in your Accounts profile), you will stay signed in ... for as long as you want (presumably on your own/regular computer) until you sign off.

Facebook logging in

Your security settings will only allow you to log in on recognized devices. You have to go login on the first device, preferably a computer. Or, check your email to see if Facebook sent an email that someone tried to login on an unrecognized device. Go to your Facebook settings and look under recognized devices. If u see ur device, allow it. Anything else, delete

Dont knnow how to acess my email from someone elses computer

Which email service? If another account comes up when you point the web browser at it, try signing out of the other account. With some email services, you click on the avatar in the upper-right then click the "Sign out" or "Log out" option.

If i loginto my yahoo mail away from home and someone at home is

As long as you are using the Yahoo website to read your emails on both computers, YES, they should be visible to anyone that can login to your account from any computer with an internet connection.

I hope this helps!

Best Regards,

James

Not recognized by PC

First off.. Make sure your software and drivers are up to date...

Second, try re-installing Windows Media Player or if you have WMP 10 installed, try upgrading to WMP 11.

Also, if you plug in something else to your USB port, does the PC recognize it? Or, if you try your GoGear on another computer, does it work ok?
