Hi magevans847 On your trigger gun, near where you want to insert the hose there is a U shaped tab. It is black like the gun and hard to see. When it is in place it is flush with the gun. Carefully, with a small tool, push on the smaller side, it will start coming out. Pull it almost all the way out. Insert your hose, then push the tab back in to lock the hose in place eimail me at [email protected]

How to clean the handle of a Magimix
The handle of a magi mix cannot be removed. This is how you can clean the muck out of the handle.
There are two openings at the top of the handle. One next to the bowl and the other is at the top of the handle grip. Pour dishwashing liquid (as much as possible) into the two openings. You will see it flowing into the handle.
Then you will need a 'K'archer (or similar) water blaster. Direct the jet into the two openings. This should be done with the jet almost in contact with the handle to achieve maximum pressure. The dirt will start to come out. Repeat this cleaning operation with the dishwashing liquid and water jet (perhaps 5 times) until the handle interior is clean. There are 4 small drain holes on the sides of the handle into which dish washing liquid can be poured and jetted out.
I know this method works, as I have done it successfully on my wife's Magimix!

I have a Honda Elite 1998 CH80. Throttle won't increase when handle is rotated. I replaced jets and checked vac housing, adjusted needle height. Engine turns fine. Runs great at one speed.
With the engine off, Check the linkage cable from the handle to the carb, making sure , at full throttle at the handle the carb is at full throttle.

Tiller takes of and can't control where going
There should be a handle you pull to engage the tines and drive wheels. A cable runs from the handle to the drive pulley that essentially 'puts it in gear' when the handle is pulled. Either the cable is not disengaging when you release the handle or it needs adjustment. First try spraying some liquid wrench or WD40 at each end of the cable and pull the handle a few times (take care not to get any on the drive belt). This may free it up. Otherwise check your owner''s manual for the procedure to adjust it properly. Good luck.

Unplug the joystick cable under the seat remove the seat if on a post lift handle on right side under seat and lift seat off post if not look for release levers behind front seat post and seat will rotate backwards to give you access to the batteriesdisconnect battery cables and install as on old batteries to new ones and reinstall Hope this helps

There does not seem to be a spark. I even put fuel
is the deadmans handle pulling the cable enough to cancel the off switch? if not relase the cable from the handle, TIE A KNOT IN IT(!), re fit to handle, & bingo!
If the cable is working well enough already DONT tie a knot, it wont help, its the ignition coil! ( around £30)

What size is the jet?
What compressor pressure are you using, LOW is good >20PSI
You will need quite a large jet for latex paint even thinned. I have tried a 1.8mm jet and that still clogs!! Consult your local spray painter with what size jet you need.

I am betting the standard size of 1.5mm is way too small, that type of gun is fine with the correct jet size.

Does anyone know how to change the opening throttle cable for a 2001 kawasaki zrx1200r ?
remove the top of the carburator, compress the spring on the jet, you will see the end of the throttle cable, unhook it from the holder, unthread the top of the cable from the carburator, pull the cable out. Now it is disconnected from the carburator, now disconnect from the throttle handle by removing the the two screws on the handle, unscrew the adjustment, then detach the cable. Replace in repeat order.
