Question about Philips Televison & Video
Hi, this will occur when your convergence board or chip is malfunctioning. This particular device(board) controls the collaboration procedure that regulates the RGB streams.
When the board or convergences chip becomes unstable, this will cause the issues you are experiencing at this time. Simply replacing the chip or the board will fix this issue.
