I have just brought a htc one and went to update facebook and it wont update but yet it will update all my other apps and downloads other apps i dont know what to do?

Download facebook app or the messenger app from playstore and log in from it.Or you can just use your default browser and type
https://www.facebook.com/ in the Url/ search bar.

Delete/Uninstall the app. Download it again, and install it.

double click on the home button to see all your open applications and close each one out by "tossing" them upward. Then restart Facebook by clicking on the app icon. If this does not work, check to see if there is an update needed in the App Store application under "updates". All else fails, remove the app using iTunes and sync you iPhone, then download again from the App Store.

Take Facebook app off and reinstall it it should retrieve all your memory

Hello,When you need the phone to be like the one when you brought the mobile phone. right? If so, First do the Factory Restore Default settings in Setting area, or use the Setup app in your HTC Mobile Phone, which is already installed in your HTC Mobile. But the apps you installed from Market gets erased and your phone will be like a new one(When you first brought the mobile phone and switched on the phone) with the HTC Company installed apps.

This is a Facebook update that went wrong. I'm sure they have been notified of this and will deal with it soon.

I saw updates posted on fan pages of several games regarding this issue.

The HTC has a very robust operating system with a ton of flexibility. if that link does not offer any help please update and a tech can help track down other apps to met your needs.

Please note many people just upload there pictures to a 3rd party company like FaceBook/MySpace, Flickr/Photobucket, or other 3rd party image hosting or social network site.

If your son has his own facebook page then you can go to the apps store and download an app called syncmypix which will download all of your contacts who are on facebook's profile pic (there may be other apps out there that do the same thing, I'm not sure)

I've only tried this recently so not completely familiar with this but think it will only download the current profile pic.

Haven't got my Hero with me right now so can't play with it to see if there's other better solutions.
