How do you get the nitendo game cube to play on the wii

The Nintendo Wii already comes with everything needed to play GameCube. GameCube disks are loaded and unloaded from the system in the same way that Wii game disks are used. To play the games you are going to need a GameCube controller and a GameCube memory card to save progress. On the top of the system (if the system is vertical) or on the side (if it is laying down) are two flaps, one which opens to reveal the controller ports and the other reveals the slots for the memory cards. To play GameCube, simply select the top left square from the main menu (like you would for any Wii game), select start, and then use the GameCube controller to play the game.

Can an electrician fix our gamecube console yes or no then?

Well no because they don't have the skills or the training or the resources to fix a gamecube console because video game consoles require special care to fix them and special kind of training as well like the Nintendo repair place for an example can fix a gamecube and wii too. I don;t recomend having an electrician to fix your v cube then.

I plugged my 120V GameCube into the 220V outlet of an AVR which has a 110V outlet. I know, very stupid. Anyway, I heard the fuse of the AVR popped and it turned off. I removed from the main outlet and...

gamecubes are NOT 120 volts you got that from yahoo answers other websites say 12 volts which sounds bout rite i think you need to rethink the problem and post again if that little blue box takes that many 9 volt batteries to power (just an example) then that is not a gamecube but a nintendo god (treat with care)

Game cube says error when turned on any ideas how to fix

  • An Error has occurred:
If you are getting the specific message, "An error has occurred. Turn the Power Off and check the Nintendo GameCube Instruction Booklet for further instructions." This means there may be an internal problem with the system.
    1. Check Individual Game Disc problems or Multiple Game Disc problems (depending upon how many games exhibit the problem) to see if the cause of the message is a dirty or damaged disc.
    2. If the disc appears fine or works properly in another system, this means there is an internal problem with the system. A repair will need to be set up. Please use our convenient repair options.
Please contact Nintendo's Consumer Service Department at 1-800-255-3700 for assistance.

Will the Nintendo Wii control work with the Game Cube games? I can't find a button to play the game. I am trying to play Ratatouille on the Game Cube with a Wii control.

Well that depends if your trying to play gamecube games on the gamecube or the wii?, i assume your doing it on the wii because anyone would know that a wii control wouldn't work on a gamecube, not impossible, just very hard

wii remotes do work with the nintendo wii on wii games and on gamecube games, but it is better if you use a gamecube controller and plug it into the to holes under the flap, pictured below, hopefully.

Nintendo game cube says an error has occurred, said to turn it off and check the instruction booklet

Is it the game or the game cube that is doing that. If it is the game then it is probably scratched. Try using toothpaste to clean. If it is the game cube that is broken then open it up and see if anything looks broken

Can we play gamecubegames inside the wii console, if so how?

You can do both. With internet you can download Nintendo 64 games on the wii shop channel. For game cube games enter the controller in slot one, enter the game and it's like you don't have a wii!

Note: due to the fact the the wii remote does not have enough buttons ALL N-64 games need a gamecube controller or a classical controller. Game Cube games are not compatible with classical controllers.
