well i just contacted them & they said that this phone has this problem & that all they could do is exchange it for the same phone but it would likely end up with the same problem. so i'm not even gunna bother with it. it was a waste of money.

I went in to inquire about the same problem today, they won't even replace mine or repair it for free and they admited that it was a problem with the model too! So it's atleast 100 dollars for me to get a new phone - if I extend my contract! Pfft.

My Nokia E63 display a message of ' Phone memory full " and also says 'Please delete files'. Which files to delete and how ? Thanks. Partha

I woud clean up your mobile phone by:
  • Copying your photos on your handset to your PC/Laptop and deleting most of the photos as they can take up a large amount of memory.
  • There are physical available memory limits to the total number of SMS/Messages in your Inbox/Outbox/Sent/Other folders: delete old SMS/messages.
  • There are physical available memory limits in the total number of contacts: delete all redundant directories entries.
You can also try using a bigger microSD card to alleviate your memory limitation.

Hope it helps.

Saying memory full

This means you need to delete some data either from your mobile or from the memory card. Delete the above and see if that message is coming again.

While sending text message it says memory full delete some data?

hi..

This is because when you send the message it stores up in outbox and then only it wil be sent,As your phone memory is full no space is there for storing in the outbox. So please delete the inbox and draft and savedmessages so that you will not get this message again.

Thanx

I keep getting message ( Mess box is full) even though there is nothing in it. What can I do?

I had this same problem. You need to delete your outbox. When your on the screen that says inbox/drafts/outbox etc. the outbox doesn't say that there is anything in it but it automatically saves all your text messages. You need to delete the ones in your outbox.

Phone said memory is full what do i do

Have a check on how many text messages *sent and recieved*, photo's and music files you have.. If you have lots of any of those things try deleting a few to see if it makes any difference..

Can't open inbox/outbox/drafts Razr v3x

Two possible problems here, the new messages could be server messages, your inbox is completely full and there (unfortunately) really is no choice to but to delete either a large number of the messages in your inbox or delete all. If that doesn't work it needs to be taken into a retailer to be either repaired or trashed. Had a similar problem with the same phone and i had to delete all my inbox messages and it still showed that i had messages and they were server messages.

Memory

you can use the MARK/UNMARK option

open the inbox >
while in list mode > tick options
on the option menu > tick Mark/Unmark
NO!! you don;t need to tick the messages one by one.. > on the top most line > tick the box beside the word INBOX
after ticking this > all message well be selected and then press delete >

the same step with OutBox/Sent Items/ etc
