First, have you ever changed/upgraded a CPU? It take quite a bit of research to upgrage. I wasn't aware they still put mobile Pentium 4 processors in laptops. If you can, you should get an Intel Core Duo or Core 2 Duo.

Other than that, the specs look pretty good. You might want to upgrade to 2GB of RAM though if your computer is going to be running Windows Vista.
