I have a sharp AL-800 and the copies are light. I cleaned the optics and replaced the toner DV unit. Much better, but still very light on auto exp. Machine located in dusty environment

- no coronas to be found- this is a digital, has a transfer roller that I have cleaned, the main ch. must be in the drum unit. I cleaned the scanner slitglass and the **** opening above the drum. I also adj. the exposure by holding the auto exp. key until it blinked, then adj. to the darkest set. It is much better, and a skyshot is good and black. It still could be better though-
Check the machine for a **** or dust glass above the drum.
Check and clean coronas, the wires and shells may be dirty reducing charge.
Run a few white copies, to check of the toner / carrier ratio is low.
Hope this is of some help.

- I would look into the charge corona, and if it is constantly adding toner, As I mentioned on my last post, it could be a lack of toner, test the machine door open and watch the machine, if it is depleted it will add toner on every copy.
Running white copies and having the quality improve will detect this.

Xerox DocuColor 6060 keeps coming up with Subsystem Fault 009-363 upon warm-up. Have scrolled through Xerox Support site for help, but am unable to find solution. Would be great if there was a guide to the fault codes. Could someone please advise me on this? Thanks
