Question about Valco Runabout Deluxe Jogger
The foam rubber that covers the metal handle bars on my valco runabout has cracked. I would like to replace it but the problem is the handlebars are not screwed in, they are attached with rivets so I can not take the handle bars off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
You can get some sticky back velcro and only use one side and tape it on there,i did this to my bob duallie, you can get black velcro like this at target or wall mart.
