Nevermind....I finally found the link on the Radio Shack site for old owner's manuals. You have to go to SITE MAP, then HELP, then LEGACY SUPPORT INFORMATION, then use the drop down menu to select the product group (Phones and Telephone Accessories), then TELEPHONE ANSWERING MACHINES, then find the product code of your model, and click it. Or, just follow this link:
