Question about GoVideo Rave-MP ARC5.0 MP3 Player
Hey, my mp3 player turns on but once it does it won't turn off. It will display the RAVE MP logo on the screen when it turns on and usually after a few seconds the logo will flash and it will display the main menu. The problem is, when I turn it on it'll show the logo, the logo will flash, but then it turns off by itself and makes this click sound and turns back on again and show the logo, logo flashes and it does it again and again until it's plugged into a USB or it runs out of battery. Then if I go to charge it up, it'll turn on and do the same thing over and over again! I can't listen to my music on it, but my computer still will read it and I can still play songs on it that way, but when I disconnect the USB it does the same thing again! I've tried everything please help me!
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: rave mp mp3 player ---- frozen
It occasionally happens on mine. I just basically have to hook it up to the PC and reload the firmware. (Tnough it seems the company is no longer in business, you might be able to find the firmware update file out on the net somewhere.) Seems to freeze up more if I have the SD memory card in there. Had better luck with some types of SD cards than others (faster speed cards seem to cause me less probs.)
