Question about Frigidaire GLTF2940ES Front Load Washer
Hi, He probaly found it in the pump. THere should be two screws holding the front panel on. Then you neeed a screwdrive to pop the top up by releasing the clips located in the crease between the top and the front panel. Once the top is raised, the front panel drops down and then you can move it out of the way. There is an electric style pump on your model sobe sure and UNPLUG the machine before you start working on it.
Remove the hoses from the pump and you might find something plugging it. If there is nothing in it, You can test to see if there is 120V going to the pump. Also check the drain hoses since you are this far.
Hope this helps you. Please let me know if you need more help.

Hi Stacey C - Does the drain pump make a humming noise? If so, you possibly have a restriction in the drain line or siphoning. Try setting the cycle to spin only and verify if water pumps out. Supposing that it does not, I would suggest contacting a professional to diagnose either the pump or timer.
