same problem for me too. R/control and auto button on projector not responding to reset lamp hours. would love to know a solution. HELP

I have the same problem. In the menu settings it shows how to reset the counter but it doesn't work. I have heard that there is a different way to reset the counter but I don't know how. Any help is appreciated!

lost instructions on reseting projector counter after installing bulb. Keeps cutting off because it still thinks the bulb is old because I don't know how to reset

i was having trouble trying to reset the lamp too but only because i was trying to follow the instructions using the remote control

thats the link for the manual and it says you hit menu and then hold exit for 3 seconds to bring up the lamp hours used, then you push menu on either the remote or the console and then you hit < or > to reset it. You just have to hold exit for 3 seconds on the console and not the remote and it works just fine.

I didn't even replace my bulb i just didn't realize i only have like 5 hours left before it shuts off so i reset the lamp so i can have a week to order a new bulb
