Eton E10 Operating instructions (by 2 users)

Dear Eton, My name is Terence Maguire. My Eton portable radio is not working because the whole thing died. And when I've pushed the power button to turn the Eton on it never went on. Oh incase you ask it is the same motel as the Grundig radio I also have. In the mean while could you please see if you could fix the Eton portable radio because I don't know how to fix it? Oh before I forget, Eton sent another E10 portable radio which was in April of 2008 and that was this year to my mom Susan Maguire to 2 Carrick Circle and that's in Pleasantville NY. And the zip code is 10570 which was where they send the second E10 radio. Oh the reason why I was just giving you my mom's name cause I wasn't sure if you remembered. Anyway, When my mom ordered the first E10 radio. That one worked and she got it in December of last year I believe.
But after a while it died which was in January of 2008 so I couldn't listen to it at all. When E10 sent the second E10 radio in April of 2008. it worked at least for a couple of weeks when it came. Then it died in May which was last month.

Okay like I said if you could please see if you could fix the Eton radio I have now that's portable that would be super. And if you could email me about this that would be great too!
