Question about Lexmark P6250 All-In-One InkJet Photo Printer
Pam make sure that all your Software that came with your printers is installed... doesn't sound like the scanner portion of your driver is installed. If your not sure where it is make sure you goto www.lexmark.com, and go under support and redownload the software... it probably needs updating anyway... Once this is updated it will come with a program (START PROGRAM LEXMARK) that allow you to scan a document. It usually better scan a document you intend to Edit in word with the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) this will translate what the computer sees as a picture into letters so you can make edits and changes in Word.
