Question about HP Officejet Pro L7780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The on /off button light is just flashing and the printer wont come on
This sometimes happens when the printer logic gets caught in a loop.. Usually when a non-OEM (ie: not an HP branded) cartridge is being used.
The best and simplest approach is to pull the power cord out of the back of the printer, wait 30 seconds and then plug the printer back in.
I believe he L7780 has a firmware update that may help reduce or remove some issues so it's worth visiting the HP website and searching for drivers for your model to locate the new firmware.
Hope the above helps..
