Upgrade to a better android operating system YouTube can direct you in most cases but it's a precise and complicated process. Try YouTube search "android upgrade for 'device model'" be sure when messing with this stuff you have the right info. One mistake and you may have a paper weight. You may have to root your device prior to upgrading from the manufacturers operating system but can unleash a whole new tablet with a good version of Android. Do the research. YouTube can help.

Just to be sure, First, try a soft reset. Do this by pressing the center button and the up volume button simultaneously and try turning it on. If that does not work for you, you will need to get a micro sd card (it can be a dummy) and insert it into the slot on the side of the mp3 player. If you do not have one, you can use one of the round edges of a paper clip (be careful) to get it to come on. When you put either in, it should come on automatically, but if not, just press the power button. This should work.

Theres Usually a reset button on the back. Its an extremely small hole , you should use like a pin or the back of an earring to push it in so it will reset.
after uninstalling app store updates, l went to the reset button(actually a tiny hole) on the back of my ematic tablet, used a head of a needle(paper clip, etc) to press the reset button. My app store came back. Until ematics works out the kinks l just won't install anymore updates.
