Good morning! based on your statements, you had no UPS (uninterrupted power supply) connected to your PC which will still supply the needed power for a certain period of time, even during electiricty brownout. However, I presumed that there is an AVR (auto voltage regulator) connected to your PC that will regulate the sudden fluctuation of electricity current. Now, common computer hardware parts that are affected & give beep sound signs in the computer are: Memory card, VGA card & keyboard. Their indicative beep sounds are as follows: Memory Card - continous short beeps; VGA card - start at long beep then followed by two short beep sounds; Keyboard - short alternate beeps continously.
I suggest to reseat the placement of your memory & VGA cards, then check your keyboard if certain key/s that is stuck-up. If still beep sound exists, then possible part is defective based on the sound beeps examples that is enumerated . best regards

Check whether all connection are good and take out any CDs in the tray. I guess this must be a SMPS problem.

Pc just cuts offf and wont come back on for a while how do i trouble shoot it

You might try cleaning out the inside of the case with some compressed air.Make sure pc is unplugged before doing this.
Dust and dirt accumulating inside pc will make it overheat and pc's do not like too much heat buildup. Also, if the thermal grease on the CPU is getting old, the CPU will overheat and that could shut it down. How old is your pc?Realplying New thermal grease onto the Processor will allow heat to transfer off of it better than before. It just sounds to me as a heat related issue.Make sure too that all your fans are operating ok.
including the CPU fan.

Cpu temperature error

Turn off PC, Unplug PC from power. Open PC case. Examine all fans including CPU fan and heatsink. clean the fans and heatsink. With case open but everything inside connected properly, Plug pc back in. Power up the PC and check that all fans are running. If not replace fan that is not running. Place PC in a well ventilated area when operating. I use a new small paintbrush for cleaning dust from inside of PC.

HP Pavilion a6532f Desktop PC cuts off without warning

These symptoms are typical of a system that is overheating. Check that air is flowing freely over the memory and CPU.

1 is the system dust-free (if not **** out the excess with a vacuum cleaner nozzle, then blow out the rest)
2 check that the CPU fan is revolving properly and is noise free)
3 check that any case fans are operational
4 check the power supply fan is exhausting air

Power button turns system on for about 10 sec then cuts off

One reason is.. CPU got over heat. Remove aluminum heat sync over the processor, detach the CPU carefully and clean the top surface, clean also the fan and the bottom of the aluminum heat sync...apply another silicon compound to the top of CPU. turn them back properly and test if there has good results.

Computer wont start acer aspire L-100

CPU overheated? When you cool it down it will start. You can check whether there are lots of dust on the CPU fan and the chase of the machine, they might block the air flow and overheat the CPU.

Emachine 5220 keeps tuning its self off

I think the problem  may be that your operating system  may have gone corrupt

try  to enter the Safe mode  (if you can )
and see if you can  revert back to old settings and whether it helps or not
else   you would have to
  reinstall the whole operating system
