Land card drivers problem

Drivers of network adapter in device manager get yellow mark in windows normal mode. because of this land card does not work in normal mode and we cant able to get network connection. because of this problem i have formatted my pc 2 times and i want permanet and time less solution

If you could tell the model of the network adapter we can help you better. I think you are insatlling a driver that is not compatible with your OS. If not, some othe rdrivers which you may have installed must be in conflict with the network driver. Please let me know the model of the network adapter.

Compaq presario v2000 wireless card not showing up in device manager


In Device Manager click the tiny arrow beside Network Adapters. This where the wireless card should be listed.
Next, locate the row of small icons just below the View tab at the top of Device Manager window.. Click the icon on the right "Scan for Hardware Changes".
Check again under Network Adapters to see if the wireless card is listed.
Or, check for any yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager list. An item might be named Unknown Device. Double-click it and select Update Driver.

This not necessarily cause for alarm. You can try to reinstall the driver for the device to see if that clears out the exclamation mark and, most cases, it will.
The exclamation mark simply means that Windows has found some sort of problem with the device. Double-click the adapter and see what the Device Manager's status says about it. This can, generally, point you in the right direction on what is wrong.
If reinstalling the driver doesn't work then post what the Device Manager status is for the device.

you will have to open up your network connections click start control panel network connections this may vary depending on your operating system look for local area connection if you see a red x or a yellow exclamation or question mark you will need to update or install the driver or it could be firewalled or you could click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager look for network adapters + expand Ethernet driver if you see a yellow question exclamation mark or a red X you will need to update/reinstall the driver for the device if you computer came with a motherboard disk the driver could be on it

the drivers might be installed for this device
click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll through all of your devices if you see a yellow question or exclamation mark ? ! or a red X you will need to update the drivers for this device right click select update driver/reinstall driver

Have netcore310g adapter got cd. computer crashed had to reload everything now my wire won,t work, IT LOOKS LIKE DRIVERS WON,T LOAD -HELP. TRIED TO LOAD MANUALLY NO LUCK PLEASE ADVISE WHAT TO DO TRYING...


Hello,
You will want to check in your device manager to see if the network card is not being recognized and you will be able to update the driver there.

For windows XP, rght click on my computer, select properties and then select "ahrdware" and device manager.

For windows VIsta and 7, go to your control panel and open Device manager there.

Once open, you should see a network adapter with a yellow question mark or yellow exclamation mark beside it.
In either case, make sure the driver disk is in your disk drive, right click on the network adapter and select "update driver"; then just select the "recommended" options and follow through.

If this still doesn't work, try uninstalling the device from the device manager and then install the drivers using the disk.

Reformated my Dell Dimension 2400, now under device manager I got the big yellow question mark for Other Devices - Ethernet Controller -PCI Simple Communications Controller Dell's driver support page does...


If you have windows Vista simply Right Click on the entry in device manager and choose Update driver (Requires working internet connection)

Else use the following drivers (Works on XP and vista)

Network Adapter Connector does not work.


It is a driver issue... especially if your Device Manager has a question mark, and you recently re-installed windows.

This could be hardware failure as well, but looks a lot more like a simple driver problem. Find the latest driver, install it, restart, you should be good.

Right-click on MyComputer>Properties. In the resulting window, click on tab Hardware, then in the Device Manager button. In the Device Manager window Check for the Display Adapter. It may have a yellow question mark. The driver for your Video card is missing. Right-Click on the yellow question mark, and select "Update driver" from the pop-up menu. Follow the instructions on screen. It may be necessary to download the drivers from the Dell website.

- Check the LAN card if properly inserted to the PCI slot of the computer
- If you a yellow mark under device manager, you'll needing to install the driver of the adapter.
- Check for the latest update driver of the adapter.

- There are two ways to install the driver:

*Install the driver using the wizard.

*Force install the driver by right clicking on the icon that has the yellow mark and click update driver.

Note: There are compatibility issue for operating system and driver using any adapters.

Wifi connectivity problem


It's possible that the driver for your wireless adapter is already installed. Check under Device Manager > Network Adapters if there is anything pertaining to your wireless adapter. Make sure that your wireless adapter (under Device manager > Network adapters) does not have any red X or yellow question mark.

Red X indicated that it's disabled , while yellow question mark will suggest that you need to update the driver. If your wireless adapter is working properly under Device Manager > Network adapters then you will need to configure it's utility for wireless connection.

If you are running windows XP, look for the wireless icon in the lower right side of your task bar and use it to connect to your preferred network.
