You use Z reports. There are many different codes for Z reports depending upon the data you need to reset. The only thing you cant reset is the grand total which prevents fraud. Check the codes in your book. If you need manuals, one of the users has them here:
Make sure the paper is the correct width and the shiny side is facing the front of the register. Also make sure you press clear when you replace the roll.

This is a very simple model, so there are only two ways to remove items in a sale.
If you enter an incorrect item, press ERR CORR to remove the last item.
If you want to remove a previous item, or return an item after a sale, turn the key to RF (refund) mode and key in the item the same as you did in REG mode. This will return it so that it does not affect the daily total.
