Cannot upload pics (by 3 users)

Please Help!!! I just bought this camera and I have Windows Vista. Keep getting connection problem....even though all USB ports are working..Is there a driver/patch I need to d/l for Windows Vista??

I have windows vista. i plugged my vivitar 55 to my computer after loading the software and i get the message tere is a connection problem. It doesn't even say pc on the camera lcd disply when you plug it in either like it supposed to what is wrong?

when i try to download my pictures a message comes up that there is a connection problem and to see user manual the manual doesn't have a trouble shooting area i have vista and i don't know what to do

The should not be a driver needed Vista shoukd simply see a new drive or set the camera/scanner wizard,

Vista SHOULD, but Vista does not. If you can get Vista to read the CD that came with the camers - do NOT download the driver.
