Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3m Cellular Phone
I bought this phone new on Ebay. I charged it and everything seemed to work fine. I then brought it to a wireless store to have my Alltel service switched over to it. After 15 minutes they brought it back out and told me the phone was "frozen" and that it was probably a bad phone. Any ideas? The only buttons that do anything is the end/power button and the voice, volume, and speakerphone buttons.
You can have them replaced the flexcable also allow them to reflash your phone for you....this should correct the issues you are having with the phone...just take it to any mobile service center and have them repair it for you there.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
