The thermostat on the back of the oven has gone bad.  This is a very common problem on these models after using a clean cycle.  The unit will have to be pulled out of the wall and replaced.  It is not resetable.  Since it is new, you have a one year parts and labor warranty.  This will be covered.  Whirlpool has a thermostat fix for this, so call for service right away and this will solve your problem.

VV,  the good news it's under warranty.  What happened is when you put it into self clean it opened the thermal cut out that is located on the back of the oven.  This is non resetable.  When the warranty people come out to replace it,  ask them if it can be moved to another location further from the vent so it won't happen again. It is also possible that they will replace it with a higher temp rated thermal cut out.   The part number is 9759243.  This could change if they replace it with a better one.   Catriver.

After cleaning, the oven read out says that it is

maybe a thermal fuse on the back of the oven blew out. some of these wall ovens had a retrofit kit to help prevent this from repeatedly happening when the self cleaning was used.

I have a Whirlpool electric build in oven with self-cleaning feature. It is about 8 years old and we just used the self-cleaning feature for the first time last week. The oven was not that dirty, but...

Your thermal fuse or TOD mounted to the back of the oven went out during the self clean,it shuts off the power to the elements.
The oven must be removed from the wall to change this.

Whirlpool 27" wall oven. no heat after self clean

Self cleaning features are not recommended by most appliance technicians. The ovens are not constructed satisfactorily to expel the 1000 degree heat, Therefore the thermal fuses blow as well as other parts failures.
Remove the oven. Remove the rear panel. Replace the thermal fuse in the back of the oven. Use Easy Off next time.

Dead Whirlpool Double Oven

This happened to us the first time we used the self-cleaning feature. The repairman said we had to replace the whole electronic panel -- but when he put in the new panel it didn't work either. It turned out he just needed to replace the oven shutdown thermal fuse I believe. We finally got up enough courage to try the self-cleaning again and the exact thing happened. The door is locked and the electronic panel is dead again. So when we get it fixed we will never use the self-clean again.
