won't go in to high spin and the max spin is set on and the door is locked
I have the same problem Post a new problem

We have a front loading washer and it will not spin out or drain the water out . Could you tell me what is happing with it and what i need to repair.

I don't know if this applies to your washer, but the model #MAH9700 and a serial number from 10188468GA through 11683946GJ washers have been placed on a recall. To find out more, go to:
