Just perform Windows Update and you'll get the latest, or you can try Mozilla Firefox.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

What is the best way to clear/delete the browsing history on the Dell laptops other than going to Internet options - security and/or settings?

You could look for the file/folder where the history is stored. It depends on the version of windows operating system, and browser version.

I am running windows Milennium can i update? to maybe XP

You can. You should. XP would be a good choice if you have an unused copy sitting around. var fctb_tool=null; function FCTB_Init_2eaa782fa0f04396b3d3ac735438b674(t) { fctb_tool=t; start(fctb_tool); } var fctb_tool=null; function FCTB_Init_c2f24b856a884df3b86a94c813050a72(t) { fctb_tool=t; start(fctb_tool); }

Cookies are not enabled on your browser. Please adjust this in your security preferences before continuing.what do i do

Hi,

You can adjust it in your browser's security preferences. But you did not mention about your browser.
I will explain according to the windows internet explorer 8.

If you are using different browser such as Netscape, Firefox, Lynx, AOL, Mac IE, you must adjust it using the settings of the related browser. The setting menu may also be different within Windows internet explorer versions.

In Windows Internet Explorer 8, you can do it as below:

- In the menu, select Tools > Internet Options
- Select the Privacy tab in the new menu.
- Setting the slide to Medium can solve your problem.

If it doesn't solve the problem;
- Click Advanced button on the same window.
- check the "Override automatic cookie handling,
- Select "Prompt" for "First-party and Third-party Cookies.
- And check "Always allow session cookies".

If you are using different browser and can not find these settings, you can ask writing comments. I would like to help you.

I hope this helps.

If you would like to vote for the answer, this will help the others to see the similar problems solved and also will be a satisfaction factor for me to continue helping you.

All the best.

Msn toolbar has encountered an error

Internet Explorer is your browser, the "window" in which you view webpages like Google, Yahoo, etc. If that's still not clear, there's a nice little one minute video and some simple explanations here: http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2009/10/what-is-browser.html

As far as resolving your MSN Toolbar issue, your best bet is to go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and select "MSN Toolbar". Click Uninstall, and simply remove it.

What is the best web browsers

Best is debatable. The best browser for you may not be the best for someone else. It depends on what you want. If you are running a Mac computer then Safari is the best browser you can use due to how well it is integrated into the Mac OSx. If you are running a Windows PC then you have many choices and 4 great choices. Internet Explorer 8.0, Firefox, Opera, & Chrome. You can run multiple browsers so download Firefox, Chrome, & Opera and give them all 4 a try. Pick the one that is right for you. Security wise there is little difference in them. One of these will be the one you like the best. It is about you, so you, have to decide which you like the best.
