Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I have just fully charged my battery and when I unplug my phone, the screen is black and I try to power it on. But it won't. There is white wording that says:
PHONE CODE SIG
OK to Program
Connect USB Data Cable
Its been doing this for about 2 months, but getting worse. The only way I've been able to power on the phone if when its done charging, to power it on while still plugged in, then unplug it. I did that this morning, but by the time I got to work, it was messed up again. the phone was closed, but I could see the time and all like it was on..when I opened the phone, it was black and had that error message and all day I wasn't able to power it on. I was told it was a manufacturer defect and its still under warranty for about 72 more days. They told me to call the 800 number to do a warranty claim..but they only want to send me a refurbished phone to replace it! I don't want a refurb'd phone..i want a new one or to figure how to fix this one on my own if possible. and I don't want to upgrade to another phone yet. Any helpers?????
