Question about LG 42PX5D 42 in. Plasma HDTV
While sitting watching a DVD on our TV, we heard a loud cracking noise, like a window shattering. Found 2 small cracks in the TV screen. Do you know what's causing this?
The possibility is that the heat generated by your plasma screen tv is affecting the outer mask of the screen causing the cracks to appear .
Or it may be that the screen has been struck in some fashion and the cracks are a result , do you have small children this is often a cause as they tend to hit things and you are unaware ?. My advice to you is to seek engineers assistance as soon as possible . regards Vortash
