MY XV-N352S REFUSES TO PLAY DVD. IT REQ...

My first thought is that you have the wrong region code set in the device manager for your DVD as you probably know dvd's come in region deffinitions 1 for europe and 2 for the americas and suchlike .
Goto Control panel select device manager
select dvd players and then properties ( you do this by right clicking on dvd player or it may give you a property box to click on . ) then select region usually you have 5 chances to set your region before the computer locks you out of any change . change the region to the one for your area i thnk it's region 5 for Kenya and save and close device manager .
If dvd still refuses to play reinstall a player program like powerdvd or windvd to get the drivers running again . ..regards Vortash
