Your monitor should not have an audio menu. Try looking in the control panel > sounds and audio devices. Here you will find the controls for your sound card.

I don't know what you're referring to, but here is something i think it might be...
1. Power on the monitor.
2. Press and hold the MENU button for at least 15 seconds.
3. Look to see if an UNLOCK icon appears on the screen.
4. Release the MENU button and wait 5 seconds.
5. Press any button on the monitor to test.
6. Turn off the monitor if it is no longer needed.
Similar to TV - you need to adjust the "H" - Horizontal and "V" - Vertical. Horizontal will move picture up or down and Vertical will adjust left to right.
Hi :) I had the same problem and i found the solution ..... Press and hold the menu button on your monitor for 10-15 sec . Now ..... have fun :) Rate if was helpful :)
Please try again to turn the monitor off. Hold down the Menu button while the monitor is turned off, then press the Power button again to turn the monitor back on. This should unlock your OSD menu. regards
It's the backlight supply tripping out from backlight failure, but the thing still stays on. I got it to act right by switching to factory presets with some fast menu action once, but the general solution is going to involve tricking the backlight into staying on; you can look at the thing in bright ambient light to see that the display is still working, but of course without a backlight it's pretty much useless.
Since $100 buys a better and more efficient monitor, just replace it; otherwise of course you can either replace the backlight (or go for one of the projector mods) or convince its drive circuit to put up with it a bit longer. I spotted a bad capacitor but swapping that out hasn't gone well yet....
there is touch botton on monitor see it carefully
