I have been using this computer for 5 months and all of a sudden I can not print to printer. Can you help me? Also I am getting grey lines on and off...

What OS, is it a netwotk printer USB or parralle connection. Try connectors, check if priner is off line. Check printer on the computer see if user intervention required it might have gone off line there as well.
