Question about Dell Dimension 3100 PC Desktop
I have a Dell Dimension 3100 with Windows XP. When I boot it, a black screen shows 'Floppy Disk Setup Failure.' When I continue, the computer attempts to load Windows but freezes at the 'Windows is starting up' screen. Any solutions?
Disable the floppy drive in bios and try to go to safe mode

Try going into your BIOS and changing the boot sequence, it may be set to boot from floppy instead of harddrive. or you could just reinstall windows, but that sucks cuz then you lose all your data and programs. and not to be rude, but you shouldnt have bought a dell, they are full of problems.
