Be sure to do a clean driver download. Turn off and unplug your printer
Check your control panel to make sure there is no left over installation there. if so delete it.
Go to toolbar>tools>inteeeeeeernet options>general tab> and delete all your cookies, temp internet files, etc.
Turn off all running programs in the lower right corner including your virus control.
Download the driver and save it to your desktop. Double click to install. When it is finished, if it has not instucted you to plug your printer back in do it now. Restart your computer and turn on your printer.
