Question about SanDisk Sansa Fuze MP3 Player
I had been listening to it while out on a walk, and it was working fine. I turned it off and put it in my back pocket, which i do all of the time, and i had been sitting on chairs, not solidly on the MP3 player, and i had also sat in the grass, which wasn't wet. I turned it on about 1 hourish since hte last time it was on, and a little over half of the screen was white. There is maybe a third of it where i am able to see the menu and whatever, but that is really it. It has a few random colored lines on the other part. I have never had a problem with it since i have had it which has to be almost a year by now. I tried holding the power for 10-15 seconds but it doens't help. Any advice???
I had a similar issue. After countless reset's I finally reformated the fuze. I used the SANSA updater to Update the drivers. And, finally was able to find the reset to factory default settings. That was really trickey since the screen was randomly changing every time I used the thumbwheel.
It looks like that finally did it.
