Still an issue with shooting staples. the gun just clicks

Have you been oiling it regularly? Compressed air is very moist so a few drops oil oil in the unit is needed every once in a while to lubricate it properly, try and see what happens.

What part do I need to remove to make a bostich MIIIFS floor stapler to shoot 2 inch staples

You shouldn't have to do anything to the MIIIFS flooring stapler to shoot 2" staples. It is designed to shoot 1 1/2" to 2" staples right out of the box. If your stapler won't feed 2" staples, check the magazine all the way up to the power head for any foreign material that may hold up your staples.

WHERE do I open it to refill it??

Located on the end opposite of where the staples come out, there is a spring loaded cap. Push it in toward the base of the stapler and slightly down to release the retaining hook. then let the spring release the pressure rod and pull it out. Connedted to the end of the rod you will see a plunger that is shaped like a short run of staples. Make a mental note of how and where this plunger slides into the base of the stapler. Place a run of staples into the stapler in the same manner that the plunger fits then replace the plunger into the same place following the run of staples. Compress the spring into the stapler and attach the hook as it was. Now you are ready to work.

NOTE: If you cannot compress the spring enough into the stapler you have inserted too many staples, just remove some of the run of staples and try again.

My bostich flooring staler wont fully drive every staple and it is getting wors....it is not leaking air

Your compressor needs to be checked first. There is an air pressure regulator on most machines - be sure all is in working order. It might help to be sure you're playing any lubricants in the stapler configuration as well.

I HAVE A BOSTITCH NARROW CROWN AIR STAPLER AND THE STAPLES ARE NOT GOING FOREWARD FOR THE ROD TO DRIVE THEM IN. IS THERE SUPPOSED TO BE A SPRING BEHIND THE STAPLES TO MOVE THEM FOREWARD. PLUNGER COMES...

There is a spring to push the staples into place. Bostitch was purchased by Dewalt and moved their parts lists to the web address below. Enter your model number and order the parts needed. Good luck with your future projects.

Air leaks thru portals on cap after replacing rings and gaskets?

Remove the bumper cap and black exhaust hood from the gun. The three screws that hold the plunger to the poppet need to have lock washers and BLUE locktight on them. Clean them totally and reassemble.

With a stanley floor stapler do i nail at tongue or groove

the staple goes in the corner of the tongue, angled back into the board at 45 degrees, to make an invisible staple, the next board groove covers the staple and tongue. The floor nailer is preconfigured to make this joint
