what sharp machine is that on the mx2310u it is from the HDD SRAM problem check the HDD or change it or remove it and do sim16 to clear it

This is indicating there is a problem with the scanner unit. Check that no belts have become loose or broken. Just in case this is a brand new machine, be sure that the packing screw (blue) has been removed from the left side panel.

Press output mode on screen and tun offset off.

f2 04 problem

Press SYSTEM SETTINGS
select Admin Password and enter the password as "admin" and OK on both screens
Scroll to LIST PRINT (ADMINISTRATOR)
Select IMAGE SENDING ACTIVITY REPORT and select FAX. This will print out the log up to a maximum of 200 events ( Tx, Rx and failed sendings)
If you want a transaction report printed for each individual transmission:
Enter Admin mode as above
Got IMAGE SEND SETTINGS
FAX SETTINGS
TRANSACTION REPORT PRINT SELECT SETTINGS and select Single Sending / Broadcast etc and PRINT OUT ALL REPORT
Press OK then CA to exit
