You have to pull out the sensor from the board and test with tester, both sensor should read the resistance of 10,000 to 20,000 ohms. The reading that you show is very low it means that the thermistor is out of range and need replacement.
SOURCE: loud noise from the freezer side
The problem is a buildup of ice on the plastic housing (the curved plastic bit) in the back of the freezer under the fixed shelf where the icetub goes. The fan behind this plastic housing is hitting the ice when the defrost comes on.
Unplug the fridge, unpack the freezer, remove the four screws in the back, take off the sheetmetal backing and let the fridge thaw. You can remove the plastic piece after a while and get the ice off (be careful not to remove the styrofoam insulation by going too quickly).
Reassemble and you're back in business, for a few months. I'm never buying Samsung again myself.

We had the same problem due to a power surge- we pressed the power cool and power freeze buttons at the same time until it reset and it's fine now. Hope this helps!

I figured out what was going on with mine and fixed it (without needing to buy replacement parts). In the freezer section, about a third of the way down the back of the freezer was a bulged-out plastic covering, held in place by four screws. The two screws on top are covered by oval plastic that pops off easily with the help of a knife. If you take the screws out, the hard part is that the bulge/cover is still going to be frozen in place. I used an old-fashioned bottle opener/churchkey to gently pry the compartment open. When I got inside, it was easy to see what was happening--the plastic fan was hitting ice that had built up behind this cover. I chipped away all the ice, and presto--no more noise!
